Found P3190 (ICE won't stay running), P3191 (ICE won't start), and history P3193 (no start & fuel empty) FFD for P3191 shows 500 RPM (slower than normal), ~3g/sec MAF (OK for slow RPM I suspect), and 2.59V AFS (full rich) Fuel gauge reads 1/2.
