Basically yesterday we got an update that USCIS is now actively reviewing our case (even tho they've been "actively" reviewing our case since September) and the timeline is still stuck at 3 weeks. HOWEVER, in the documents section I found the pdf of our I-130 approval.

For I130, it took around 13 months from received to actively reviewing. My I485’s status turned to actively reviewing on the forth day after the PD and remained that way for around one year until I got an RFE for my medical records. And based on my personal experience, they approved my I130 two days ahead my I485.
